The Organization for Aid to Refugees (OPU) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and humanitarian organization, which has been helping refugees and foreigners in the Czech Republic since 1991. OPU provides free legal and social counseling, organizes educational events, educational programs for the lay and professional public, and other activities to support the integration of foreigners.
Content of the volunteer activity
regular online or offline meetings (once a week) with a selected adult client (most often
people with temporary protection) for a minimum of six months
content of meetings: practicing English, joint activities according to interest
We are looking for
reliable, proactive and creative volunteers with an interest in other cultures (especially to Ukrainian culture)
Requirements
We require a clear criminal record that you can get at the CzechPoint (closer information and assistance you will get from us after your registration)
Time consuming
